A: Our current opening hours are:

Monday 11 am - 5.00 pm

Tuesday 11 am - 5.00 pm

Wednesday 11am - 5.30 pm

Thursday 11 am - 5.30 pm

Saturday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm

Q: Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

A: We’re not able to provide this service in but hope to in future!

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet, what can I do?

A: Thanks so much for ordering with us! At the moment Royal Mail are dealing with delays due to overwhelming online orders and packages being sent. Please let us know if you haven’t received your order and we can look into this.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: We do! You can find our online gift cards here. You can also buy National Book Tokens in our physical shop, and they can be used in all good bookshops including our own.

Q: I’m a teacher/librarian/educator looking to make our bookshelves more diverse. Could you help us?
A: Thanks so much for coming to us to make your shelves more diverse! We do get lots of requests like this and we’re happy to help, so please bear with us whilst waiting for us to reply - only two of the team work on the school orders! We will get back to you as soon as we are able to do so.
